Appointment & Service Terms

  1. Confirmation
    Submitting an online form does not secure an appointment. Bookings are only valid after confirmation by clinic staff via phone or SMS.
     

  2. Fees and Medication
    Standard consultation and basic medication fees are displayed at the clinic. Final charges depend on Dr. Chan's clinical diagnosis and specific prescriptions.
     

  3. Rescheduling & Cancellation
    To change or cancel your appointment, please call the clinic at 2623 9278 at least 24 hours in advance.
     

  4. Amendments
    Grace Medical Centre reserves the right to amend service hours, fees, and these terms at any time without prior notice.
